How many posts do you create per month?

Our standard package includes one post a week, but you can have as many posts per week as you wish. We tailor all of our social media packages to what would be most beneficial for you.

Do you reply to comments and messages for us?

Unfortunately, no. Our service covers the creative and strategic side of social media, such as what to post and when to post it. The communication side of things would remain with you and your team.

Can we request extra posts during busy periods or promotions?

Sure. We need enough time to come up with the creative and schedule it for posting, but we will advise on this at the time of the request

Do you set up scheduling tools to plan posts in advance?

Yes, we do. It saves time and makes sure posts go out at the exact right moment. All schedules are presented to you at least a month before the first post, so you have plenty of time to make sure everything is just right.
