The cost of website maintenance is determined by the number of hours of support that you require per month. Our standard maintenance for small websites is £75 + VAT and includes quicker turnarounds and priority scheduling, which are the main advantages of website maintenance over per-hour projects.
Website maintenance excludes the following: client portals, copywriting, email issues, illustrations, non-website amendments or issues, paid stock assets (e.g., images, videos), and pre-made premium plug-ins.
If you request something your agreement doesn't have, a member of the team will notify you. We can still add the amendments to your website.
On average, yes, unless it's built in an uncommon language we don't specialise in.
We will let you know if you are approaching your time allocation. We will need to quote you for the additional time. Alternatively, you can wait and have the work carried out the following month, as we cannot roll the time allowance over from one month to another.
