Who?

H. Potter & Son is an award-winning, family-run butchers and bakery in Barnsley, offering a wide range of fresh meats, cooked products, award-winning pies and sausages, with local delivery and a UK online shop.

Requirement

A local butchers required support with social media to increase website sales and improve brand awareness, while working with an agency that understood their personality and could discuss plans in person.

Challenges

Keeping social media content fresh and engaging, while working to tight deadlines due to the client’s busy schedule.

Reflection

This project grew into a strong working relationship and friendship with the client, making collaboration genuinely enjoyable.

Regular face-to-face meetings were always something we looked forward to, especially when capturing content for social media.
