Eden Memorials is a family-run monumental mason business based in Barnsley, offering handcrafted memorials, bespoke gravestones, inscriptions, and restoration services with a caring, personalised touch.
Requirement
The client required a bespoke website to showcase memorials, with a soft, respectful approach that reflected the sensitive nature of their work, following their previous agency's cessation of trading and their search for a new trusted partner.
Challenges
Populating the website with over 300 memorials to showcase, alongside sourcing and managing existing domains from previous agencies.
Reflection
This project clearly demonstrated how switching agencies can result in positive and refreshing outcomes. Establishing trust early on helped create a strong working relationship, which ultimately led to additional project opportunities. Reflecting on the experience, it's gratifying to acknowledge that open communication and a shared vision were essential in laying the groundwork for an ongoing partnership.
